Each person has chakras. Chakras are energy centers responsible for energy exchange and the information component. You have seven main chakras:
1. Root chakra - responsible for independence and material well-being.
2. Sacral chakra - responsible for arousal and relationships.
3. Solar plexus chakra - responsible for leadership qualities and the ability to manage people.
4. Heart chakra - responsible for emotions and the ability to share them.

7. Crown chakra - responsible for energy exchange and supply.

This is a simple but extremely effective distance chakra balancing and chakra re-alignment. Often from exposure to the world and general sources of negative energy, the positive energy we expend on a daily basis becomes weaker and gets used up from day to day. Every so often it is spiritually healthy and enlightening to re-align the chakras and balance them as they can become unbalanced when certain chakras have become more spent than others. Unbalanced chakras in the past has lead to any number of problems, from simple bad luck to physical and mental health issues. This has worked a form of energy healing and it is recommended to have this done or to do it at least once every month.
